Jim is the kind of realtor who is more concerned with finding you the right house instead of just any house. He even talked us out of buying a house! (way too many repairs looking back would have been a money pit). He does his research to make sure you're getting a good price for the area and is a firm negotiator.

He's very knowledgeable, when we had our inspection Jim had already pointed out all of the things the inspector brought up. He's really wonderful to work with and looked at 30+ homes with us we never felt any pressure to buy and I know he would have looked at 30+ more homes if we hadn't found the perfect one.
